Dr. Rasul Bakhsh Rais(IR Expert): India has always shown reluctance in giving a positive response to Pakistan's peace overtures. Islamabad has offered to resolve outstanding disputes with India through dialogue. India must leave its stubbornness and hold talks for regional peace and prosperity. Modi led regime must realize that peace is imperative for all countries. Pakistan has always endorsed every initiative taken for peace in the region. Pakistan believes in peaceful coexistence, connectivity and cooperation. India has been committing the worst atrocities in IIOJK for the last seven decades. Kashmir is an international dispute and it must be resolved in accordance with the UN resolutions.
