The armed forces shouldn't be involved in the politics. Army has always welcomed constructive criticism, but it is unfortunate that baseless allegations were made against army and its leadership. Army wants to disassociate itself from political matters of the country, but they are forced to drag in the politics. And it is very welcoming statement of Army Chief that the institution would never interfere in any political matter.
