APHC urges India to fulfill its commitments on Kashmir
September 01, 2021

In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, the All Parties Hurriyat Conference has urged the Indian government to fulfil its commitments with the Kashmiri people under the UN Security Council resolutions.

In a statement in Srinagar, the APHC spokesman strongly denounced the use of brute force by India against people of the territory to suppress their just struggle for right to self-determination.

The spokesman called upon the United Nations Secretary General to take cognizance of the grave situation in IIOJK and initiate an international investigation into the heinous crimes committed by Indian forces in the occupied territory.

Meanwhile, Indian troops in their unabated acts of state terrorism martyred 18 Kashmiris during the last month of August.

According to the data issued by the Research Section of Kashmir Media Service, today, 3 of the martyred youth were killed in fake encounters. 60 were critically injured in firing by Indian forces’ personnel on peaceful protesters and mourners.

In India, a 13-year-old Dalit girl was raped and killed at Gurgaon in Haryana by an upper caste Hindu.

Earlier, a nine-year-old Dalit girl was also raped and killed in Delhi’s Cantt area, last month.
