The tenders will be opened by the Auction Committee/Transport Committee at 12:30 pm on the same day at PBC Hqrs‚ Islamabad. Successful bidder shall have to deposit remaining amount within three days after the acceptance of offer and take away the vehicle from the respective Stations/Unit. If the successful bidder fails to deposit the remaining amount within three days‚ the amount of earnest money shall be forfeited and the bid shall be cancelled. The bids must be quoted without all taxes. However‚ all the taxes including GST‚ transfer charges‚ duties etc. shall be borne the successful bidders. PBC will not be responsible for the token tax of the vehicle if found due or completion of documents/payment of tax etc after the auction.
