Pakistan to continue supporting Kashmiris till their right to self-determination: Gandapur
February 04, 2020

Minister for Kashmir Affairs and Gilgit-Baltistan Ali Amin Gandapur says Pakistan will continue supporting Kashmiris until they achieve their right to self-determination.

Addressing Youth Conference in connection with Kashmir Solidarity Day in Islamabad on Tuesday, he said we will foil the designs and ideology of Narendra Modi.

The Minister said India has been committing atrocities in occupied Kashmir for seven decades, and there are 900,000 Indian troops deployed in the held territory.

He said Kashmir is an incomplete agenda of the partition of India. He said Kashmiris have been waiting for implementation of the UN resolutions on Kashmir for seven decades.

Ali Amin Gandapur said the world will have to play its role for resolution of the Kashmir dispute as Pakistan and India are nuclear powers.

Addressing the conference, Minister for Communications Murad Saeed said Kashmir issue has been internationalized as a result of the PTI government's effective diplomacy. He said Prime Minister has been contesting the case of Kashmir at international fora.

The Minister said Kashmir issue has been debated for three times at the UN Security Council during the last six months.

He urged the youth to actively participate in demonstrating solidarity with the Kashmiris.
