Minister for Kashmir Affairs and Gilgit Baltistan, Ali Amin Khan Gandapur has urged the world community to play its active role in peaceful settlement of Kashmir dispute in accordance with UN Security Council resolutions.

Talking to OIC Special Envoy on Jammu and Kashmir, Yousef Al Dobeay in Islamabad, he said the visit of OIC Special Envoy to Pakistan and Azad Kashmir is clear expression of the importance of this long-standing issue for the OIC.

Highlighting the Indian state terrorism in occupied Kashmir, the Minister said Indian occupying forces are carrying out ethnic and economic cleansing of people of the held territory with impunity.

The meeting discussed the human rights condition in Indian Occupied Kashmir and Indian aggression on Line of Control in Azad Kashmir.

Reiterating the support of OIC on Kashmir dispute, the Special envoy said that OIC would continue to extend its support to right of self determination of people of Jammu & Kashmir.
