Minister for Planning and Development Asad Umar has said that the aim of development projects is to create job opportunities and improving living standard of people in Balochistan.           

He said this while chairing a high level meeting regarding development projects of South Balochistan in Quetta on Friday.

During the meeting Chief Secretary Balochistan Mathar Niaz Rana briefed him about ongoing development projects of communication, irrigation, health, education, and digital connectivity and other sectors.

He was also briefed about supply of LPG, for South Balochistan, Pak China Technical and vocational Institute Gwadar and Safe city projects for Gwadar and Turbat.
