Minister for Science and Technology Fawad Chaudhary has said the government and the opposition are in contact with each other on important matters.

Talking to the media persons in Islamabad today (Tuesday), he said the three bills pertaining to the tenure of the services chiefs have been passed by the National Assembly in compliance with the Supreme Court's order.

He said the bills will now be approved by the upper house tomorrow (Wednesday).

The Minister said negotiations will now be started with the opposition on NAB laws and appointment of the chairman and members of the Election Commission of Pakistan.
