Federal Minister for Food Security and Research Fakhar Imam has said that all the institutions are working in close coordination to control the locusts.

Giving media briefing in Islamabad on Friday he said that Lasbela and Tharparkar are potential threat areas for the attack by locusts.

The Minister said that our teams are monitoring the situation round the clock to overcome any possible threat.  He however said the situation has been controlled to a great extent.
