The director-general of World Health Organization, Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus has warned that people are starving to death in Ethiopia’s Tigray region after a systematic blockade there.

Talking to reporters in Geneva, Tedros said the situation is worst as assistance from the WHO and other aid organizations to the region had shriveled to almost nothing.
