Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Law Minister Sultan Muhammad Khan says the provincial government has started universal health insurance system to provide free health care facilities to the people.
Responding to a question raised by Humaira Khatoon in question hour in provincial assembly session in Peshawar, he hoped the process of providing health insurance cards to all families of the province will be completed by January next year.
Responding to another question of Samar Haroon Bilour of ANP, Sultan Muhammad Khan said the government is taking steps to preserve the historical and archaeological treasures in the province.
Responding a question, Provincial Health Minister Taimur Saleem Jhagra said the government is monitoring health facilities of the hospital for better healthcare system.
He said the government will compensate those nine people who lost their eyesight in Ayub Medical Complex in Abbottabad.
Ruling the chair, Mushtaq Ahmad Ghani said the health system of the province has greatly improved after initiating the MTI system in hospitals.
Taking part in debate on Billion Tree Tsunami project, provincial minister for Environment, Forest and Wildlife Syed Muhammad Ishtiaq says this project is not only for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa but the whole country.
Provincial minister for labour and Culture Shaukat Yousafzai said this flagship project of the KP government has been acclaimed at international level.
