The political dialogue arranged by United Nations has made progress and agreed on a new transitional government to oversee the run-up to elections in December in Libya.

Head of the United Nations Support Mission in Libya, Stephanie Williams told reporters said that participants at talks in Geneva agreed on a mechanism for choosing new government.
