Preparations being made to repatriate stranded Pakistanis abroad every week

Preparations are being made to repatriate over six thousand stranded overseas Pakistanis every week from Monday next.

This was informed at a meeting chaired by Special Assistant on National Security Moeed Yusuf and Special Assistant on Overseas Pakistanis Syed Zulfiqar Abbas Bukhari in Islamabad on Friday.

Moeed Yusuf said Pakistani embassies have been directed to fulfill every basic need of overseas Pakistanis, and for the purpose, all resources of the government are being utilized.

Every Pakistani passenger landing in Pakistan will have to undergo coronavirus test and he will have to stay at quarantine center. Schedule of flights has been prepared keeping in view capacity of quarantine centers.

Zulfiqar Bukhari said we will not leave alone overseas Pakistanis in this difficult time.
