The Hurriyat forum led by Mirwaiz Umar Farooq in a statement said that the Indian repressive policies against the Kashmiri people and local media had increased tremendously to suppress the voice for freedom and truth in the territory.

Senior Hurriyat leader, Ghulam Muhammad Khan Sopori in a statement and Jammu and Kashmir Youth Social Forum during a visit to the martyrs’ graveyard, Eidgah in Srinagar paid rich tributes to the Kashmiri martyrs.
