Pakistan and Qatar Air Force have agreed to further reinforce their bilateral cooperation.

The resolve was expressed during a meeting between Chief of the Air Staff, Air Chief Marshal Mujahid Anwar Khan and Commander Qatar Emiri Air Force, Major General Salim Hamed Eqail Al-Nabet in Qatar.

During the meetings, various matters of mutual interest and bilateral cooperation came under discussion.

The Chief of Air Staff commended the remarkable operational preparedness of Qatar Emiri Air Force and assured his counterpart of PAF's full support especially in the domain of training.

Commander Qatari Air Force acknowledged the support of Pakistan Air Force for imparting training of the personnel of Qatar Air Force.

He also praised the successful progress of JF-17 program.
