Chairman Pakistan Cricket Board Ramiz Raja has expressed disappointment over the decision of England and Wales Cricket Board tour cancelling next month’s tour of Pakistan.

In a tweet he said that he was disappointed with England pulling out of their commitment and failing a member of their Cricket fraternity when it needed it most.
