The meeting of Economic Coordination Committee of the Cabinet was held in Islamabad today (Wednesday) with Finance Minister Shaukat Tarin in the chair.

The meeting approved the technical supplementary grant of 300 million rupees for allocation from PSDP for establishment of Joint Border Markets at Mand District Kech, Gabd District Gwadar and Chedgi, District Panjgur against rupees100 millions each.

It also approved technical supplementary grant for Covid-19 response and other natural calamities control programme for Sindh worth rupees 9393.226 million.

The ECC approved technical supplementary grant of 98.700 million rupees to meet the requirements of Frontier Corps KP, D.I.Khan under Interior Division.

The forum further approved technical supplementary grant of 25 million for headquarters Pakistan Rangers Islamabad under Interior Division. 

The ECC approved technical supplementary grant amounting to rupees 39.058 million to Pakistan Institute of Development Economics for payment of salaries as well.
