The second Foreign Ministerial meeting of Afghanistan’s neighbours plus Russia will be held in Tehran tomorrow (Wednesday).

Talking to reporters in Tehran, the spokesman for Iranian Foreign Ministry Saeed Khatibzadeh said Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi will inaugurate the meeting and deliver a speech to it.

Khatibzadeh said the foreign ministers of Pakistan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan will take part in person while the Chinese and Russian Foreign Ministers will attend the meeting online.

The UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres will also dispatch a message to the meeting.
