The Lanka Premier League 2020, Sri Lanka’s brand new franchise T20 league, will begin at Sooriyawewa Stadium near Hambantota in Sri Lanka from today (Thursday).

In the opening match, Colombo Kings will take on Canday Tuskers.

In all, 23 matches will be played between five teams in the tournament while final of the tournament will be played on 16th of next month.
