A 12-member African Union delegation, led by President Djibouti National Parliament and Acting Chairman of AU Muhammad Ali Houmed, is arriving Islamabad today (Tuesday).
According to a press release of the Senate of Pakistan, the Navel Chief of Djibouti will also accompany the high level African Parliamentary delegation.
The delegation is visiting Pakistan on the invitation of Chairman Senate Muhammad Sadiq Sinjrani and will hold important meetings with the President, Prime Minister, Foreign Minister, Speaker National Assembly, Army Chief, Navel Chief and President Azad Jammu and Kashmir.
Chairman Senate Sadiq Sanjrani said this visit of high powered delegation is of utmost importance to strengthen parliamentary relations between Pakistan and African Parliaments.
