United Nation High Commission for Refugees has warned that a larger crisis is just beginning for thirty-nine million people in Afghanistan.
In a statement, The UN High Commissioner for Refugees, Filippo Grandi, reiterated a call for borders to remain open and for more countries to share this humanitarian responsibility with Iran and Pakistan.
Meanwhile, in a statement, the German Foreign Minister Heiko Maas has urged the Russia and China to play their role in talks on the future of Afghanistan.
