First Lady Samina Alvi has underscored the need for devising a roadmap to address issues faced by differently-abled people in the country.

Presiding over a meeting in Lahore today [Saturday], she said that admission should be granted to differently abled children in educational institutions on special quota.

The First Lady urged the need that the government and private offices to ensure access for persons using wheelchairs.

She also stressed the need to provide soft loans to Differently Abled Persons to run their own business.
