Dr. Nousheen Hamid, Federal Parliamentary Secretary for National Health ServicesGovernment of Pakistan is increasing the testing capacity of cronavirus suspicious to assess the intensity of this virus and devised a plan out accordingly. She further said that we are going to increase the number of oxygen kits and other facilities to meet the emergency. She has acknowledged the contribution of doctors and para medical staff in this time of crisis.Dr. Nousheen Hamid said that government of Pakistan would impose smart lockdown in hot spot areas across the country to contain the spread of coronavirus pandemic.

Talking to Radio Program Rabta, she said the hot spot areas would be sealed, as the number of COVID-19 patients is increasing.

Federal Parliamentary Secretary for National Health Services said the COVID-19 patients' number in Pakistan is still less as compared to other countries.

She stressed that precautionary measure must be followed by all of us in order to get avoid from cronavirus otherwise situation can be worse than the current scenario. She appreciated the decision of the government to take strict actions against violators of the SOPs as well as over-charging or black marketing of life-saving drugs.

While talking to Radio Program Rabta, Dr Naseem Salah Uddin said that Karachi is big city by population and the number of victoms of cornavirus is increasing very rapidly. Doctors and health workers are struggling day and night to compel the situation towards normal.

She further said that no government alone can control this pandemic; it also requires public support and strict adaptation of SOPs.

He said that to reduce the risk of cronavirus we must adopt the habit of social distancing, use of face masks, and hand washing.

While talking to Radio Program Rabta, he stated that individual and collective efforts are very important in this regard.
