Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has extended warm greetings to President of the United Arab Emirates Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan on the occasion of Eid ul Fitr.

In a telephone call with, the Prime Minister expressed Pakistan's deep appreciation for UAE's longstanding and steadfast support to Pakistan in different sectors.

Recalling the historical brotherly ties between the two countries, the PM reaffirmed Pakistan’s desire to further strengthen its cordial relations with UAE for mutually rewarding cooperation.

The UAE President warmly reciprocated the Eid greetings and extended his best wishes to the people of Pakistan.

Earlier, Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif held a telephonic conversation with King Hamad Bin Isa Al-Khalifa, of Bahrain and extended his warm greetings on Eid-ul-Fitr.

Highlighting the historic fraternal ties between the two countries, the prime minister reaffirmed Pakistan’s strong desire to further expand the close and cordial relations with Bahrain in all areas of mutual interest, particularly in trade and investment.

He expressed his gratitude to the King and the government of Bahrain for looking after the Pakistani community living in the Kingdom.
