The National Disaster Management Authority has reviewed coordination mechanisms and resource readiness contingency plans to minimize the impact of Monsoon related hazards predicted during the upcoming rainy season.

The measures have been discussed during a National Monsoon Coordination Conference at the National Emergencies Operation Centre in Islamabad.
