The Saudi government lifted the ban on direct flights' entry to the Kingdom from six countries today (Wednesday).
According to a statement issued by the Saudi Arabia's General Authority of Civil Aviation, the countries of which the ban has been lifted include Indonesia, Brazil, Vietnam, Egypt, India and Pakistan.
The Saudi government had suspended the flights from these countries in March last year 2020 to contain spread of Covdi-19.
The statement further said that the passengers coming on flights from these six countries will now not need to spend 14 days in another country prior to their arrival to Saudi Arabia.
