Upholding the tradition of public service, the Special Communication Organization has established a Freelancing Hub at Independent Living Center in Gilgit.

The Independent Living Center is equipped with all kinds of resources for special persons.

Under the initiative, laptops will be provided to these individuals for their empowerment.
