In Greece, angry protests have erupted over the rail crash that killed 43 people and triggered the resignation of the Transport Minister.

Amid three days of national mourning, the protesters clashed with police in Athens and Larissa city.

Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis said tragic human error is responsible for the disaster.
