Nicaragua a country of South America has sued Germany at the International Court of Justice for funding Israel and cutting aid to the UN Palestinian refugee agency.

 In its filing, Nicaragua accused Germany of violating the Genocide Convention saying that Berlin is facilitating the genocide by sending military equipment and defunding UNRWA.
