Special Investment Facilitation Council is playing a pivotal role in the development of telecom sector.

China's telecom company Huawei will provide IT training to three hundred thousand Pakistani youth. Sixty thousand will get advanced IT training while two hundred and forty thousand youth will receive basic IT training.

Huawei and HEC have partnered to introduce advanced IT courses in fifteen universities.

The Huawei training program will boost IT exports and create job opportunities.
