Batting first, Papua New Guinea scored 136 runs for loss of eight wickets.
In reply, West Indies achieved the target in 19 overs for loss of 5 wickets.
Roston Chase of West Indies, who remained not out on 42 runs on 27 balls, was declared player of the match.
