The Sindh government and Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation have agreed to promote cooperation in areas of maternal and child health, nutrition, immunisation and women's economic empowerment. 

The agreement was reached during a meeting between Sindh Chief Minister, Syed Murad Ali Shah and Chairman of the foundation, Dr. Anita Zaidi in Karachi today. 

The Chief Minister said the government has made significant investments in health, nutrition, immunization and maternal and child health.
