Agricultural development activities under Green Pakistan Initiative are transforming barren lands in Dasht Valley into fertile fields.

Under the first phase of the project, 3,300 acres of land have been levelled to ensure uniform distribution of water for irrigation.

Special measures have been taken to familiarise local farmers with modern agricultural practices and enhance productivity.

The installation of solar tube wells has provided farmers with affordable, clean and environment-friendly irrigation facilities.
