Minister for Planning and Development, Ahsan Iqbal has said that country's economy is improving due to successful government policies.

Addressing a ceremony in Narowal on Monday, he said that there has been an unprecedented reduction in inflation as well as bank interest rates while stock market is doing great business.

Ahsan Iqbal said that under the ‘Uraan Pakistan’ program, the government is aiming to make Pakistan one trillion dollar economy by year 2035.

He said that the purpose of the ‘Uraan Pakistan’ program is to strengthen the country's economy on a durable basis.
