The Pakistan Stock Exchange was bullish today witnessing a great surge of business activity.

The KSE-100 Index closed today at 71,902.09 points as compared to 70,657.64 points on the last working day with a positive change of 1,244.45 points.

The total turnover was 452,155,229 as compared to 436,993,041 on the last working day with Pak Petroleum having the highest turnover of 26,658,354. 

Total 378 companies transacted their shares in the Stock Market today, out of which 248 recorded gains and 104 sustained losses whereas the share price of 26 companies remained unchanged.

Unilever Pakistan Foods Limited recorded the maximum increase in its share price, which was 240.83 rupees while Hallmark Company Limited recorded maximum decrease that was 68.03 rupees.
