Director General Hajj Abdul Wahab Soomro says the catering companies and hotels serving Pakistani pilgrims in Saudi Arabia will be rewarded for their exceptional performance.
Speaking during a welcome reception of Pakistani intending pilgrims in Makkah, he highlighted the significance of maintaining accountability and upholding high standards throughout the pilgrimage experience.
The DG expressed the commitment to exert utmost efforts in providing best available facilities and selecting standardised accommodations for the hujjaj.
Acknowledging the possibility of encountering minor issues during the holy journey of intending pilgrims, he assured that Moavineen e hujjaj will be available round the clock to resolve any problems.
On the occasion, the Director General conducted personal visits to the dining halls to check the quality of food being offered to pilgrims.
The Director of Muavineen e Hujjaj Sajjad Yildrim informed the DG that a total of 26 Moavineen have been deployed to 13 kitchen in Makkah Mukarma.
These dedicated Moavineen work 12-hour shifts to monitor and maintain the quality of food served to the pilgrims.
