Interim Government of Afghanistan has reiterated its resolve not to allow anyone to use Afghan soil for carrying out terrorist attacks against any country.

In an interview with Al Jazeera, Acting Foreign Minister Amir Khan Muttaqi called on the United States to positively engage with the interim Afghan government.
