China is leading the Tokyo Olympics 2020 with 32 gold, 20 silver and 16 bronze medals.  

The United States is at second position with 22 gold, 27 silver and 19 bronze medals while Japan is at number third with 18 gold, 6 silver and 10 bronze medals.
