
Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz inaugurated a mobile veterinary fleet consisting of mobile hospitals and dispensaries in Lahore today.
The mobile veterinary dispensaries and hospitals are equipped with ultrasound, X-ray and laboratory facilities.
The Chief Minister directed that livestock farmers be provided with treatment facilities at their doorstep and approved the design of a model veterinary hospital to be established at the tehsil level.
The meeting was informed that 30 mobile veterinary dispensaries and 17 mobile veterinary laboratories have been launched, while 6,964 mobile motorbikes have been provided to veterinary assistants.
