Amb. Ghulam Rasool Baloch (Former Diplomat):Historical cordial and fraternal relationship between Pakistan-Saudi Arabia goes back to centuries. Father of the Nation, Quaid-I- Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah laid the principles of Pakistan’s foreign policy that Pakistan will maintain best possible cordial relations with Islamic countries and support the Palestinians’ cause. Now relations between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia have taken a new direction and shift from brotherly ties to strategic partnership. Under Makkah Alliance, both countries are offering new security architecture in the Middle East. Moreover, relations between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia are in the interest of people of the both the countries and people of the whole region. It is also a matter of fact that  collective wisdom of Pakistani and Saudi leadership can resolve a lot of regional and international problems. Therefore, Makkah Alliance delegation visited Tehran and held talks with Iranian to resolve the Middle Eastern crisis.
