Mainly cold and dry weather is expected in most parts of the country while cloudy in upper parts during the next twelve hours.

However, light rain with light snowfall over the hills is expected at isolated places in upper Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa, Gilgit-Baltistan and Kashmir.

Shallow fog is likely to occur at a few plain areas of the Punjab.

Temperature of some major cities recorded this morning: 

Islamabad and Muzaffarabad eight degree centigrade, Murree zero, Lahore fourteen, Karachi fifteen, Peshawar ten, Quetta five and Gilgit four degree centigrade.    

According to Met Office forecast for Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir, partly cloudy weather with chances of light rain and light snow over the hills is expected in Leh, Pulwama, Anantnag, Shopian, Baramula and Jammu.

Srinagar, Pulwama and Shopian zero degree centigrade, Jammu nine, Leh minus eight while Anantnag and Baramula one degree centigrade.
