Special Communications Organization (SCO) has established a freelancing hub in Afzalpur area of Azad Kashmir.

This freelancing hub will help local youth in utilizing modern technology. They will gain practical skills in various fields such as graphic design, content creation and digital marketing.

SCO's Vision 2025 aims to establish one hundred IT centers in Azad Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan in two years. The freelancing hub in Afzalpur is the 62nd IT center established in just sixteen months.
