Kashmir Solidarity Day is being observed across Gilgit-Baltistan today.

In Gilgit, the main rally taken out from the Aga Khan Shahi Polo Ground through and large number of peoples gathered at Ettihad Chowk.

Provincial Ministers, Political and large number of people participated.

The participants chanted slogans in favor of Kashmiris and against Indian atrocities in Indian Illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir.

Addressing the event, Minister for Excise and Taxation Haji Rehmat Khaliq and MLA Amjad Hussain Advocate said that the people of the entire country are standing with the Kashmiris for their struggle of right to self-determination.

They urged international community to pressurize India to resolve this long-standing dispute.

They said without a solution of this lingering issue, durable peace in South Asia will remain a dream.

Rallies also taken out in Skardu, Diamer, Ghizer, Ghanche, Astore, Shigar, Nagar, Hunza and Kharmang districts where large of people participated.
