Saudi Arabia’s Foreign Minister Faisal bin Farhan and his Iranian counterpart Hossein Amir Abdollahian will hold a meeting in Beijing on Thursday to resume bilateral diplomatic ties.

This meeting preceded three telephone conversations between the two ministers in recent weeks after signing the agreement, brokered by China.

During the phone talks, they discussed key issues after seven years of severing relations between two countries.
