Federal Minister for Planning and Development, Ahsan Iqbal, inaugurated three-day Flower Festival at Faiz Ahmed Faiz Park in Narowal on Saturday.
Speaking at opening ceremony, Ahsan Iqbal said the government saved country from default through hard work and that the recent reduction in electricity prices is a result of those efforts.
He said that hatred leads to extremism and no country can progress with terrorism.
Praising Pakistan’s security forces, he said fight against terrorism is ongoing under leadership of Army Chief General Syed Asim Munir.
