The Election Commission of India (ECI) has declared results of elections of all Lok Sabha constituencies.

According to the results, Bharatiya Janata Party has won 240 of the 543 seats while the Indian National Congress has bagged 99 seats. 

The results have left BJP without a simple majority and now the party will have to form an alliance with other parties who do not share Modi's Hindutva agenda.
