
Residents across Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) have rejected the strike call issued by the proscribed Action Committee for today, with normal life continuing throughout the region.
Daily business and public activities remained uninterrupted as citizens declined to support the strike and routine operations continued across the territory.
Speaking on the occasion, residents said the strike call was another attempt by the banned Action Committee to create unrest and instability through disruptive activities.
Citizens urged the public not to pay attention to rumours or misinformation and to continue their business and daily affairs as usual.
Residents said the activities of the banned Action Committee had already caused significant economic and social losses to the region.
They emphasized that the people of Azad Jammu and Kashmir are no longer willing to become part of any campaign of unrest or disorder.
Citizens reiterated their commitment to peace, stability and development, making it clear that they reject divisive propaganda and support a secure and prosperous future for the region.
