Minister for Kashmir Affairs and Gilgit-Baltistan Amir Muqam has regretted the PTI’s politics of protests.

Addressing a news conference in Islamabad today, he said the PTI’s long march would serve no purpose and regretted the use of the official helicopter and other resources for the activity.

The Federal Minister said that instead of focusing on the welfare and security of the people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, the PTI provincial government is more focused on protests and the long march.

He said the people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa are already facing the serious threat of terrorism, while security forces are rendering sacrifices in the fight against terrorism.

Amir Muqam said the PTI government in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has never condemned terrorist activities, saying this reflects their soft corner for the terrorists.
