Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Mahmood Khan says the government will provide ten thousand monthly honorariums to twenty-two thousand imams across the province from next financial year.

Presiding over a meeting in Peshawar, he said two point five billion rupees will be spent annually for this purpose.

Mahmood Khan said the Madaris and Masjids will be converted on solar energy to ensure uninterrupted power supply beside provision of their other requirements on priority basis.
