Minister of State for Finance Bilal Azhar Kayani has appreciated the renovation of Jhelum's Lajpat Rai Library.

Speaking to the media in Jhelum today, he said the library, also known as Iqbal Library, is an important part of the city's historical and cultural heritage.

He said literary figures would be invited to visit the historic library, which houses a diverse collection of books, including those related to this area.
